- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Combine the feta cheese, sour cream, yogurt and garlic in the container of a food processor or blender. Pulse briefly until garlic is minced. Spoon into a serving dish, and season with salt and pepper.
