- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (2.5 ounce) package smoked sliced beef, chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- Combine cream cheese, beef, onions and pepper sauce with hands or an electric mixer. Shape into a ball. Chill at least 1 hour before serving with crackers.
