Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil


Directions

  1. Blend lime juice, honey, sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin in a blender; stream olive oil and canola oil into the juice mixture while blending to emulsify the oil into the juice.
