- 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch chile powder with lime (such as Tajin®), or to taste
- Combine pineapple, strawberries, cucumber, and mango in a bowl; add lemon juice and mix well. Sprinkle chile powder over the top and stir. Top salad with more chile powder.
