- 1/3 cup cocoa nibs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (such as Cool Runnings®)
- Combine peanut butter, quick cooking oats, cocoa nubs, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Use a tablespoon to scoop out small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
