- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and add white wine. Over medium heat, add shrimp and basil. Cook until pink all over; about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
