- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package smoked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
- lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 chives, chopped
- Blend cream cheese, salmon, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Transfer mousse to a serving bowl and garnish with chives.
