- 6 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Put spareribs in the bottom of a slow cooker; top with ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook on High for 5 hours.
