  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1/2 navel orange, zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
