- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- Whisk together the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mustard, and seasoned salt in a bowl; add the tomato and onion to the bowl and toss to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight.
