Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Dietz & Watson Teriyaki Chicken
  • 3/4 cup Bibb lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup soybeans
  • 1/4 chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cucumber ribbons
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki glaze
  • 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds


Directions

  1. Cover the interior of a bowl with Bibb lettuce and add a layer of cooked brown rice.
  2. Stuff the bowl with soybeans, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber ribbons, sliced avocado, and Dietz & Watson Teriyaki Chicken.
  3. Garnish with a drizzle of teriyaki glaze and a pinch of poppy seeds.
