- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Whisk together the fish sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, and honey in a small bowl. Marinate meat at least 6 hours or over night before cooking.
