Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds lean pork, cut into cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups Thai-style coconut curry stir-fry sauce (such as KanTong®)


Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat; cook pork in hot oil until completely browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour stir-fry sauce into the saucepan, bring to a simmer, and cook until the pork is cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
