- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 eggs
- 1 splash water
- 3 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup, or to taste (optional)
- Warm canola oil in a small skillet. Stir turmeric into oil; immediately add eggs. Pour in water; cover and cook until firm, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip eggs and lay Cheddar cheese on top. Cover until melted, about 1 minute. Add ketchup.
