- 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- Julienne the water chestnuts.
- In a medium bowl, mix the water chestnuts, vegetable soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce and green onion. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
