Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey Roasted Wonderful Almond Accents
  • 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper


Directions

  1. Combine watermelon, feta, mint, lime juice and olive oil in a medium serving bowl. Stir gently to mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with Wonderful Almond Accents before serving.
