- 1 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, stir together the cabbage, carrot, pineapple, mayonnaise and salt and let chill for at least an hour before serving.
