- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sift flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Add milk, water, oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix together until well combined. Pour into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
