- 6 ounces soft Camembert cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 radishes, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, or to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
- Mash Camembert in a bowl and mix with cream cheese, butter, radishes, and scallions. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with alfalfa to serve.
