Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups packed baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste


Directions

  1. Cook Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook spinach 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until wilted.
  3. Combine Green Giant® Garlic & Herb Mashed Cauliflower, spinach, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
