- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- Place almond milk, banana, almond butter, and chia seeds in a blender. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top; blend until smooth, 10 to 15 seconds.
