- 1 whole-wheat English muffin, split
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- Toast English muffin until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter over each half; arrange banana slices on top. Drizzle honey over banana. Sprinkle chia seeds on top. Serve the 2 halves open-faced.
