Cilantro Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup cilantro paste
  • 1 lime, juiced (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Directions

  1. Mix turkey, cilantro paste, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger, and pepper together in a bowl; form into 6 patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side.
