Directions

  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
  2. Beat cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold in melted chocolate and honey until smooth.
