Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion (such as Vidalia®)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper


Directions

  1. Combine cucumbers, onion, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, 20 to 30 minutes.
