- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1/4 cup water, or as needed
- Whisk the tahini, soy sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, ginger, and paprika together in a bowl. Gradually stir the water into the mixture until you reach a desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.
