- 1 cup chopped kale
- 4 fluid ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, or more to taste
- 1/2 red beet
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon milk thistle seed powder, optional
- 1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
- water as needed
- Combine kale, cranberry juice, blueberries, beet, flax seeds, chia seeds, milk thistle seed powder, and green tea powder in a high speed blender (such as NutriBullet(R)). Add water to reach the blender's fill line. Blend until smooth.
