Mediterranean Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water, or more as needed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Combine water, yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; whisk until sauce is a little runny but still coats a spoon.
