- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
- Mix salmon, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt together in a bowl; form into patties.
- Heat oil in a grill-pan or skillet over medium heat; cook patties until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
