- 3/4 pound smoked ham, diced - or more to taste
- 2/3 pound dried apricots, diced
- 2/3 pound pitted dates, diced
- 1/2 (15 ounce) package raisins, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, or to taste
- Combine smoked ham, apricots, dates, raisins, olive oil, and rosemary in a bowl. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
