  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly toasted cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red or green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or cilantro


  1. Whisk together yogurt, cumin seeds, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir in fruit (or vegetables) and herbs. Adjust seasoning to taste. Chill thoroughly.
