- 1 banana
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons pea protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
- Place banana in a bowl and mash with a fork until pureed. Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, soy milk, water, flax seeds, and berries; stir well and transfer to a mason jar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
