- 1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart® Vegenaise®)
- 2 tablespoons plain soy milk, or as needed
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Mix vegan mayonnaise, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours to meld flavors.
