  • 20 dates, pitted
  • 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 10 thin bacon slices, halved

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stuff each date with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of blue cheese and wrap date with half a slice of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.
