- 1 green chile pepper, stemmed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
- 1 cup Indian-style yogurt (such as Gopi™)
- salt to taste
- Combine chile pepper, mint, cilantro, and 2 teaspoons water in a grinder; grind into a paste.
- Stir chile paste and yogurt together in a bowl. Thin with remaining 4 teaspoons water. Season with salt.
