  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag baby spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces


Directions

  1. Mix cranberries, apple, onion, lemon juice, honey, chili powder, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Let rest for flavors to blend, about 20 minutes. Add spinach and toss to coat.
