- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- In a large bowl, gently toss the green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, and feta cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
