- 3 cups raw cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Place cashews in the bowl of a food processor; pulse into a fine powder. Add nutritional yeast, cumin, and garlic powder. Blend, pouring water into the feed tube while the processor is running, until smooth and creamy. Remove 1/2 the cheese from the food processor. Add sriracha sauce to the food processor; pulse until well combined.
